Your Questions, Answered Q: I have no artistic experience. Is that okay? A: More than okay—it’s welcomed. Our classes are process-oriented, not performance-oriented. Our instructors provide supportive, step-by-step guidance to ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience from the very first minute. The goal is relaxation and creative exploration. Q: What is the studio atmosphere like? A: We intentionally cultivate a calm and relaxing environment. Class sizes are kept intimate, the pace is gentle, and the focus is on personal enjoyment. It’s a space to leave the outside world behind for a few hours and focus on the simple joy of making. Q: What should I wear or bring? A: All high-quality materials are provided. Just bring yourself and an open mind! We recommend comfortable clothing. For pottery classes, clothes you don’t mind getting a little clay on are perfect. Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We understand plans change. To be fair to our instructors and other guests, we kindly request cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Please review the specific policy details at checkout when you book through Wix Bookings. Q: Can I book a private session for my group? A: Absolutely. A private therapeutic art workshop is a beautiful experience for bridal parties, friends, family gatherings, or corporate wellness events. A: For Hand-Building classes, your creation needs drying and two kiln firings. We will notify you when your glazed masterpiece is ready for pickup, typically within 2-3 weeks. For Paint Your Own Pottery, your painted piece will be fired and ready in approximately 7-10 days. Q: How does the "Date Night: Hand-Building for Two" work? A: It’s a collaborative and fun experience for two! You and your partner will work side-by-side to each create a complementary pieces (like matching mugs and pinch pots). The price is per couple and includes materials, instruction, glazing, and firing for both pieces.
