Cancellation Policy
Galentine’s Pottery Night Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Galentine’s Pottery Night is a special event class with limited seating and advance preparation. Individual Bookings Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class will receive studio credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling requests cannot be guaranteed. Studio Credit Approved cancellations will be issued as studio credit, valid for 90 days. Studio credit may be used toward any handbuilding class or Paint Your Own Pottery session. Group & Friend Bookings If multiple participants are booked together, each participant is subject to this policy individually. Private Galentine’s group bookings require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
